Charming family feel. Very quiet!

Wonderful stay Step into the Inn at Cocoa Beach and you've stepped into a unique experience, like a French B&B. The location and free parking was our reason for booking, but we didn't realize how wonderful this stay would be . All the staff were very helpful and were there to accommodate. Wine and Cheese and free breakfast was a nice touch.Our room was very European. (only drawback - no mirror in the room or bureau), butthat was acceptable, compared to all the other perks.For couples, this place is great and quiet.Look no further - go here if staying in Cocoa Beach

We pulled off the highway and were looking for a place to stay the night by the beach. We hit gold with this place~ we felt like we were at home~ the office had a pleasant "inn keeper" who had a full cocktail bar that you use "on your honor" and put down how many you made. We chatted with her and walked the beach. The breakfast in the morning was homemade and really pleasant as was the staff serving it. Would definitely stay again!

We’ve stayed here a few times and love it. The staff are all awesome, rooms are clean, the property is well kept. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Pre Cruise Stay Best adult only experience. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast included. Ground clean and maintained. Close to shopping, dining, grocery/drug store, bars. Afternoon drinks. Right on beach with mangrove walkway. Would recommend and stay here again!

A recommended hotel! We really liked everything! Quiet, pretty decor, well kept, delicious breakfast. Nice to hang at the pool and the beach. The staff was helpful. Comfy beach chairs were available. Convenient. We liked the cookies and iced tea in the lobby!!

My wife an I stayed here for a night in November on our anniversary trip through Florida. What an amazing place! The location was awesome and the service couldn't be beat. The staff was very friendly, helping us get beach chairs and umbrellas, and anything else we could ask for. Our room was very comfortable with a great ocean view from the balcony. Even the Macaws were friendly! We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for 8 nights following 4 nights in Orlando ahead of the hurricane …this hotel is a little oasis of calm .. the pool and garden are lovely .. a few steps away from the beach and Ocean .. enough restaurants and bars on the doorstep .. a place to really relax … all the staff are wonderful from reception to breakfast to maintenance to management … cheese and wine inspired .. lovely balcony with ocean views and rocking chairs .. ice machine dune the corridor … now to that hurricane … Larry and his team worked around the clock to keep us safe before during and after the hurricane came through ….at times they must have been exhausted but kept going and couldn’t do enough for us ..it’s the people that make a hotel memorable not the fixtures and fittings … and the people at this hotel did just that.

We celebrated our 10-year anniversary at The Inn on Cocoa Beach, and it exceeded our expectations. Our 4th-floor room offered breathtaking ocean views, perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery.The heated pool was a lovely surprise during our winter stay around New Year's. Private beach access directly behind the inn made it easy to enjoy beach walks and swims in the ocean.The breakfast spread was delightful, with a variety of quiches, muffins, eggs, and toast. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more special.Overall, The Inn on Cocoa Beach provided the ideal setting for our romantic getaway. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable beach vacation.

Wonderful stay Two nights far exceeded our expectations. The rooms are bedroom like not like a hotel. Comfortable and well appointed. Great view from the balcony. Wine and cheese happy hour. Hotel has a comfy library and honor bar. A delightful breakfast. Highly recommended.

We will be back! We had a one night stay on the back end of a cruise and absolutely loved the independently owned hotel. It is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We received excellent service from the manager. This is a delightful change from the cookie cutter chains hotels. I highly recommend!

What an amazing experience there! More like a bed and breakfast, such a friendly and unique place! The staff are friendly and competent, taking care of quests. The food is very good. Such a relaxing unique place. I will return!

Surprisingly very, very good! We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay here for the night before our cruise. The photos lead you to believe that it's just another one of the motel-ish lodgings along the strip here in Cocoa, but this place is so much more a nice pool, easy access to the beach, a surprisingly well-stocked Honor Bar for drinks/beers, cookies in the lobby on weekends, free (nice) beach chairs/towels, wonderful breakfast options, clean rooms, nice staff This was our first time here, but it won't be our last!

This will be my favorite beach getaway!!From the moment of checkin- personal orientation to amenities which include breakfast, happy hour and honor bar. Many individual rooms in lobby felt like visiting someone’s beautiful home.Rooms are clean- bed is comfy. No refrigerator.Steps away from beach and towels and beach chairs are provided.Hosts are congenial, plus 2 puppies to snuggle!!!

Rooms are quaint and clean. Bathroom is very nice. Front desk is exceptional, helpful, and quick to please. The grounds and pool are beautiful and well kept. A great value for a very good price.

We loved this little piece of paradise. It was such a relaxing getaway. The beach is so close and the pool was perfect! We enjoyed the breakfast availability and the honor bar! The only thing we missed was a fridge in the room.

Great homely Inn on the beach We loved this place form our first friendly greeting to our sad farewell. The inn is homely and immaculate, all the staff were friendly and approachable and nothing was an issue for them. we loved the daily cheese and wine which gave us the opportunity to meet other guests. The breakfast choice was limited but delicious and again the ladies serving could not do enough for you. The honour bar was another great idea and the prices were really good. The outside gardens and pool area were well kept and the staff very friendly and amenable. Ideally located on a pristine beach with plenty of good eating place near by. The rooms were well appointed and the king size bed extremely comfortable. Special thanks to Liz and Terry at reception , who made our stay memorable. Hopefully we will be back to stay in this delightful establishment,

Awesome hotel Nice hotel in the 4.5 category. Awesome location. Every room has a different theme.Breakfast first class. Wine and cheese in the afternoon. Free use of beach chairs and umbrellas. Saw two rocket launches that made the trip even better. We'll be back.

Excellent hotel 4-5 star. We'll be back.Make sure they charge the price as quoted by Hotels.com, though. Some confusion on rates.The only unsatisfied guests had kids. Should have read adults only.

We loved our stay at the Inn at Cocoa Beach. The location was great, just steps away from the ocean. The staff was outstanding, warm and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast. It was much better than the name brand hotels " continental breakfast". The breakfast ladies couldn't have been more accommodating and sweet. I wish our room had a dresser or closet so we lived our of our suitcase but I will definitely stay here the next time we visit. I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The service and location cannot be beat. Never had a better breakfast at an inn or hotel. Immediate access to the beach- they even loan you chairs, towels and an umbrella! Walking distance to some great restaurants (Long Doggers) and for shopping at Ron Jon. No kids and no pets at this place, I didn't know this until after I booked but I gotta say it was sure nice for a change. Super friendly staff and even some macaws near the front that greet you. What more can I say about this place, it truly enhanced our adventure in cocoa beach! Would stay there again.

Best keeps secret in Cocoa Beach, awesome RBnB stile service, well mantained and a fantastic spot. And you can watch rockets launching from NASA Cape Canaveral space center.

Stephanie was the one help me out when I did the check out I told her about the cockroaches in the room she told sorry but it’s not much we can do you can see yourself by looking at the picture below I checking at 11pm I left the day after at 8am . I didn’t even spend a day at this place overall everything was great, but I can’t sleep with cockroaches she didn’t even offer any apologies or any discounts to compensate my loss

Great Location, Amazing Staff, Beautiful Rooms! Beautiful beach in front of the Inn and very friendly and helpful staff. Each room is decorated individually with a lot of attention to detail and super clean! Beds and pillows are top of the line. Delicious breakfast! We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Adults Only We love this place, close to the beach and quiet. But it should be noted that it is adults only, no children under 18. It feels more like a B&B than a hotel. Free parking, and you can watch launches from the Cape from your balcony. Breakfast is hot and made to order.

This is a charming hotel that reminds me more of a high end BNB. The rooms are furnished beautifully. It gives you a feel of the Florida of bygone days, elegant with so many amenities. The wine and cheese served at 5 was so nice to visit with other patrons. Lovely breakfast, beautiful pool area. Direct access to the beach. Many of the people were multiple year returners. I would love to come back again too.

Staff were super nice/friendly. Room was clean and just perfect for our needs. We came to view a big launch at Kennedy Space Center and also visit Universal Studios, but wanted a place close to the beach. Had a lovely time.

Great Hotel! The rooms are clean and well sized, the pool is great and clean, the hotel is right on the beach, and they offer the best breakfast we had at a hotel in a long time.The staff is incredibly friendly and help you with anything you might need. The short distance to the launch sites and viewing plattform are great for rocket watching.

Our stay at the Inn was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony and a view of the ocean. The Inn is elegant with beautiful furniture, calm music and splashing fountains. A highlight of our visit was the two dogs, Lilly and Lucy. Everything positive My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and it is an absolutely wonderful inn. Everything is positive. Reception area, the 2 cutest dogs, honor bar, room and its lovely decor, cleanliness. The most helpful and pleasant staff. I can go on and on. But we highly recommend the inn.
